Miguel Iza has more than 20 years experience in product marketing and mission critical solution implementation. He worked as General Director of Sales and Solution Implementation for CoreBanking in Latin America for more than 15 years. For more than 7 years he has been founder and CEO of Rhino Systems, a company focused in the implementation of Dynamics 365. Currently his objective as leader of Rhino Systems is to maintain the company's leadership in the region and expand to other markets.
With more than 20 years experience in the financial sector, Marcelo has worked in the design and implementation of critical mission solutions. For more than 10 years he worked as Global Director of Banking Industry at Microsoft. For 5 years he was the global leader of Dynamics 365 for the financial sector in the same company. He has been a CIO in Banking for more than 7 years. Currently he is an independent banking counselor. He has been part of Rhino Systems for more than 2 years, and his goal is the growth and expansion of businesses outside of Mexico.
He has more than 11 years experience as a leader, and more than 20 years working for tech and operation areas in enterprises in the public and private sectors. He has always been interested in combining technology with a business minded vision. He enjoys challenges and continual growth. At Rhino Systems he is in charge of boosting the company's technical quality, implementing customer service improvements, strengthening and generating a strategy for information technologies amongst other things.

He has a wide knowledge and extensive experience in the latin American market, focused on creating new opportunities and in the development of new markets. He is an entrepreneur, passionate about CRM, interested in understanding his customers and helping them understand their own customers. Currently he is in charge of developing commercial strategies, detecting opportunities, generating alliances and the growth of Rhino in South America.
